I would suggest implementing search through the comments, I noticed it only searches through tasks, projects but not the comments.

sometimes vital information can be in comments

With Manymoon you have the ability to either create a new Google doc new Manymoon, or add existing Google Docs to Manymoon.  

Alternatively, you can save your PDF to Manymoon and it will be accessible from the Documents tab at left.
