Tags are commonly used online to help label and organize information. You might be familiar with tagging photos or bookmarks online and know it’s a great way to discover new information.
You can now tag any task, project, document, link or event, even yourself, in Manymoon! Just click on any tag and you will see a list of all associated information that you have access to.
For example, you might be working on a customer issue for ACME International. You can create a task to track the customer issue and tag it “acme issue #5″. You can schedule a meeting with the customer and upload a product manual – each with the same tag. When you click on “acme issue #5″, Manymoon will show the task, meeting and product manual.
Here’s another example: you might be interviewing multiple people for a job position. You can add each of their resumes to Manymoon and tag each as “job candidate”. The next time you click on this tag, Manymoon will display a list of all relevant resumes you’ve come across.
This is just the beginning of what we’ll be doing with tags, so stay tuned! And let us know how you use tags to get work done.

The Tags feature is Great and I realize this may sound stupid on my part. While using the product, I occasionally forget a tag I may have used and it would be great, IF there was a pop up or library feature for the tags I have already created. Looking at it would jog our memories and give us the ability to cross associate previous activities over history. It would also create long term functionality to recall work done on previous projects over time and help you folks create long term customer loyalty.

There’s an auto-complete feature for tags that should help. Just type a couple of characters into the ‘tags’ field and you’ll see a list of previously used tags that match.
