Privacy controls are critical when sharing information for work. For example, you need the ability to share some information with colleagues and other information with customers. If there’s an overlap, you have to copy the information in separate emails or projects and then keep track of versions and comments.
Not anymore. Manymoon now provides advanced Project Privacy Settings. With this feature, you can set permissions for what each project member can access and do within a project. When you enable this feature, you can set a project member to ‘View Limited Data.’ This project member can now only view information shared explicitly with them (e.g., a task assigned to them) and not view any other project information such as project members, tasks, documents and links. You can also select which project members can invite people to this project.

You can allow colleagues to view all tasks and documents in a project and then invite a customer who can only view the specific task assigned to them.
This is a great way to share information between multiple people without having to make copies of information such as tasks, documents and links. Just go to a project home page and click ‘Edit’ to enable Privacy Settings.
As always, we’d love to hear what you think of this feature and how you use it.

Where is this feature? I can’t find it. When I open Mange Project Members, I only get two options – Administrator and Remove From Project and I am paying for the biggest package.
